About the Role:
We’re looking for a Web3 Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-moving sales team. This is a starting position ideal for someone who is smart, confident, charismatic, and eager to break into Web3 B2B sales. Your mission will be to identify and reach out to potential leads, conduct initial qualification calls, gather key information, and “warm them up” for our senior sales executives to close the deal.
If you prove yourself, you’ll have a clear path to grow into a full Sales Executive role in just a few months.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Outbound Outreach: Find, message, and connect with qualified Web3 project leads via email, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- First Contact: Get on discovery calls with leads, qualify them, collect their needs, and explain the value of Magic Square.
- Data Handling: Document lead information and pass all relevant details to our sales executives for follow-up.
- Scheduling: Book meetings for sales closers and help keep the pipeline flowing smoothly.
- Feedback Loop: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine scripts, pitches, and outreach strategies.
- Learn the Industry: Stay updated on trends in crypto, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems.
The ideal candidate - who you are and requirements:
- Excellent English (spoken and written) — you’ll be talking and writing to clients daily.
- Located in or working within European time zones (CET ±2 hours).
- Charisma and people skills — you enjoy talking to others and can make a great first impression.
- Strong writing and messaging abilities — from emails to Telegram to sales notes.
- Organized and detail-oriented — you don’t drop the ball or forget important follow-ups.
- Willingness to learn and grow fast. Web3 evolves quickly, and so will you.
- Bonus (not required):
- Any previous experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Experience in Web3, crypto, SaaS, or startups
- University degree
