About the Role:
As a Web3 Account Executive – B2B Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from outreach to closing — across a portfolio of Web3 clients. You will pitch and sell growth solutions such as Hot Offers (CPA campaigns), Banner Advertising, and other pay-per-use marketing tools to dApps, games, exchanges, and protocols in need of high-quality users and visibility. You will engage directly with founders, marketing leaders, and decision-makers to understand their growth goals and provide solutions that match their objectives. This is a remote role and requires availability during European working hours.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle: From discovery and proposal to negotiation and contract signing, with a focus on high-velocity, B2B Web3 sales.
- Promote performance-based growth solutions: Pitch and sell CPA campaigns (Hot Offers), Banner Advertising, and other pay-per-use promotional features.
- Drive expansion through existing relationships: Leverage current client connections to generate new leads and upsell additional services.
- Qualify prospects and tailor proposals: Understand clients’ goals, challenges, and KPIs to craft effective marketing packages.
- Build strong relationships: Engage directly with founders and C-level executives via Telegram, Discord, Zoom, and other platforms.
- Maintain an active pipeline: Track sales activities in CRM, forecast revenue, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Ensure client satisfaction: Work with client success and marketing teams to ensure successful delivery and retention.
The ideal candidate - who you are and requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally in Web3, crypto, SaaS, or performance marketing.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, crypto ecosystems, and Web3 user behavior.
- Proven experience in consultative selling to founders, growth marketers, or product leads.
- Experience in CPA, CPI, CPC, or similar user acquisition campaigns.
- Bonus: Familiarity with banner advertising, in-app placements, and user acquisition funnels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills — written and verbal — in fluent English.
- A self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently in a remote-first, fast-paced team.
- Highly organized with solid time management and follow-through.
- Located in or able to work during European time zones (CET ±2h preferred).
